Prince Charles of Wales is the father of Prince William and Prince Henry. Married in July 1981 to Lady Diana Spencer, they divorced in the mid-1990s. From the marriage came Prince William and Prince Henry. Prince Charles is known to love hunting and the country.
Lady Diana Spencer (d.1997) is the mother of Prince William and Harry. Taken from the world in a car crash, she left behind two very remarkable young princes. She was renown around the world as the People's Princess and the Queen of Hearts. She and Charles divorced a while ago yet even striped of her royal title she carried on.
The Duchess of Cornwall is officially the princes' stepmother, although she is not a mother figure to the boys.
Queen Elizabeth the II of England is the grandmother of the two princes. She is an encouragment and example to both boys, who are "very close" to her.
The Duke of Edinburgh is the boys' grandfather, and they share a close bond with him. He, in typical character, is very blunt with them, telling them what they do not neccessarily want to hear, but they thoroughly enjoy spending time with him.
Mr Peter Phillips is a paternal cousin to the Princes'. He is one of William's closest friends and ninth in the line of succession.
Miss Zara Phillips is Peter's sister, their cousin and a close friend to the Princes.
Frances Shand-Kydd was Diana's mother. She died in 2004, and the boys attended her funeral. They were not believed to be particularly close to her.
Anne, The Princess Royal is the aunt of the two princes and the mother of Peter and Zara Phillips.
Andrew, The Duke of York is the uncle of the two princes and Charles's brother. He divorced Sarah Ferguson in 1996 and is the father of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
Edward, The Earl of Wessex is not said to be particularily close with the princes. Their relationship is even more complicated since the row over a TV crew of Edward's filming William when he began at St Andrews.
Princess Beatrice of York is the boys' cousin. She shares thier love of polo, and has been close to William and Harry since they were very young.
Princess Eugenie of York shares much the same realtionship with the princes as does her sister Beatrice. Their mother Sarah Ferguson has spoken of how much the girls love thier cousins and has shared that they spend time together, even though the boys view them as younger girls.
Lady Louise Windsor is the boys' youngest cousin. Edward and Sophie's child.
