On his 17th birthday, William was given a second hand Volkswagen Golf. The car includes a
number of safety
and anti-theft features including an alarm, an engine immobilizer and four airbags.
It's also equipped with a stereo radio and computerized display-board.
But one gift Prince Charles is unlikely to buy him is a new motorbike due to
safety issues he is concerned about his son. He has declined his wish for a new
and faster motorbike despite his passion for the vehicle.
William said he liked the anonymity that motorbikes afforded him. "You might as well live if you're going to live. It's just something I'm passionate about," he said.

"I've got a good stereo in it. Not one of those mega super woofers or whatever they're called. I imagine my father would go absolutely bananas if he saw me driving, blaring music out of the windows.
"I prefer my motorbike. It does help being anonymous with my helmet on because it enables me to relax. But I just enjoy everything about having a motorbike and the camaraderie that comes with it."
Apparently for his 21st, he did receive a new motorbike. A red Daytona 600 that
can accelerate as fast as a Ferrari.
Harry is known to have driven William's VW a number of times. However he owns his own two door black Audi
A3 where he is
most often seen driving back and forth to his polo games.
